- 2 large halibut steaks (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- paprika
Directions

1Dip steaks in salted milk, then in crushed cornflakes to coat thoroughly on both sides.

2Place on greased baking sheet.

3Drizzle tops of steaks with melted butter.

4Add dash of paprika.

5Bake in hot oven to 500° to 550° for 10 to 15 minutes.
