  • 4 skinless chicken breasts (boneless)
  • approximately 15 Club crackers (do not substitute or recipe won't turn out)
  • lemon pepper

Directions

    Crush enough crackers to coat all breasts thoroughly.

    Dampen breasts with water, then coat both sides with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle both sides generously with lemon pepper.

    Bake in casserole dish covered for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Bake 5 to 10 minutes uncovered to brown chicken.
