- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 to 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 bay leaves, remove after simmering
- 6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and add other ingredients, except the noodles and cheese.

2Simmer for one hour.

3Cook noodles; drain. Place alternate layers of noodles, meat mixture and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

4Top with cheese.

5Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
