- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. casserole size macaroni
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook macaroni in salted boiling water.

2Make sauce of butter, milk, flour, salt and pepper.

3Stir until thickens.

4Cut Velveeta up in pieces.

5Add Velveeta to white sauce; continue stirring until all cheese is melted.

6Remove from burner.

7In greased casserole dish, put in macaroni.

8Pour over cheese sauce.

9Mix them together.
-
10Sprinkle grated (shredded) cheese on top, then sprinkle bread crumbs.

11Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
