- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook onions and green peppers slowly in oil until onions are yellow.

2Add hamburger and saute until mixture falls apart.

3Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.

4Arrange in large casserole and cover.

5Bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes.
