- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. fillets of ocean perch
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Set oven to 400°.

2Cover bottom of baking dish with lemon and onion slices.

3Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

4Lay fillets on top.

5Cover.

6(If pan does not have cover, use foil.)

7Bake for 20 minutes.

8Remove cover.

9Combine remaining ingredients; spread over top.

10Broil 3 minutes below heat, until brown.

11Makes 4 or 5 servings.
