- 12 slices square bread, crusts trimmed
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6 slices ham
- 1 c. ground cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

2Put 6 slices of bread in bottom.

3Top slice of bread with a slice of cheese, ham and another slice of bread.

4Mix eggs, milk and mustard (blender) and pour over sandwiches in pan.

5Refrigerate overnight and 1/2 hour before baking, sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
