- 2 c. dry rice
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken flavor)
- 4 c. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter.

2Add rice; brown, stirring often, to a light brown.

3Add boiling water; stir.

4Turn heat down to simmering.

5Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

6Add bouillon cubs, soy sauce and, if dried down, add 2 cups more water and simmer until done, but not soft or mushy.

7Serve with stir-fry vegetables and beef or chicken.
