- butter
- 2 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. chives, snipped
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 24 oysters
- cream
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Brush the insides of 6 scallop shells or small ramekins with melted butter.

2Mix together the tomatoes, parsley, chives, bread crumbs and black pepper.

3Place a tablespoon of this mixture on the bottom of each shell.

4Lay 4 oysters in each shell and top with a little more of the mixture.

5Add a dash

6of cream and bake in

7a hot oven for 5 to 7 minutes, making sure not to overcook.
