Baked Pears With Pie

- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. hazelnuts
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 oz. peeled Brie cheese
- 4 pears, peeled, halved and cored
- 1 c. apple juice or sweet cider
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°.

2Combine raisins and hazelnuts in a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped. With the motor running, add honey and cheese.

3Continue to process until a soft ball forms. Spoon cheese mixture into cavities of the pears and set them in an ovenproof casserole.

4Pour juice around them and bake until pears are tender (about 35 minutes).

5Serve hot as a dessert, breakfast or snack.
