  • 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple (tidbits or chunks)
  • 1 c. shredded or grated cheese
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 25 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Pour pineapple and juice in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Combine sugar, flour and cheese.

    Mix well and spread over pineapple.

    Mix butter and crackers and pour over flour mixture.

    Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350°.
