- 1 c. shredded or grated cheese
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 25 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Pour pineapple and juice in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Combine sugar, flour and cheese.

3Mix well and spread over pineapple.

4Mix butter and crackers and pour over flour mixture.

5Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350°.
