Baked Pineapple

  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo, melted

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour; add to drained pineapple and mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish.

    Top with mixture of melted oleo and crushed crackers.

    Bake at 350° until it bubbles good.
