- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika (a sprinkle)
Directions

1Bake potatoes on center rack of 450° preheated oven until soft.

2Cut thin slice lengthwise from top of each potato.

3Scoop out flesh; keep shell.

4Throw away top of each potato.

5Mash flesh with mixer and add sour cream and salt.

6Mix until fluffy.

7(Add a little milk, if you prefer it thinner).

8Add cheese and mix.
