  • 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. minced parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. truffle peelings
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. minced onions
