- 3 cups (700 ml) water
- 1 cup (225 ml) uncooked long-grain rice (not instant!)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
Directions

1Bring 1 cup (225 ml) of water to a boil.

3casserole, dissolve boullion cube in boiling water.

4Add remaining water, rice, butter, and salt.

5Cover and bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 1 hour.
