  • 2 c. uncooked rice (Minute rice)
  • 1 small (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's beef consomme
  • 1 pkg. (envelope) Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
  • 20 oz. water

    Melt margarine in 2-quart baking dish.

    (Corningware dish works well.)

    Add uncooked rice.

    Blend well (using a spoon).

    Add other ingredients.
