- 6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1 c. thinly sliced bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Put cucumbers, onions and peppers into a jar or other container with a lid.

2Sprinkle with salt and stir.

3Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.

4Drain all liquid.

5Add all other ingredients.

6Stir and refrigerate.

7Will keep up to 2 months. Ready to eat the next day.
