- 1 qt. whole milk
- 1 1/2 c. converted rice
- about 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Pour the milk into a baking dish.

2Add the rice and stir together.

3Bake at 325°, stirring it each time it gets a thin crust on top.

4Bake until thick.

5Remove from oven and add enough sugar to sweeten.

6Serve warm or cold.
