  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 2 lb. round steak

Directions

    Spread butter on steak.

    Sprinkle mushrooms, then dry soup mix over steak.

    Wrap in two thicknesses of foil and place on covered roaster with rack (a cookie sheet also works).

    Bake for 2 hours at 325°.
