  • 18 lb. salmon
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3 qt. day old bread
  • 2 large cut onions
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 6 Tbsp. ground sage
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Simmer celery, add tomato paste and pour over bread.

    Saute onions and mix in paste.

    Stuff salmon.

    Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
