Baked Spaghetti

  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 jar Ragu chunky spaghetti sauce (large size)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

    Brown ground beef in skillet. In separate pan, saute onion and green pepper in the margarine until tender.

    Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package and drain.

    Put spaghetti in a shallow pan.
  4. 4
    Add ground beef to drained sauteed onion and green pepper.
  5. 5
    Add spaghetti sauce.

    Pour on top of the spaghetti. Sprinkle top with Mozzarella cheese until lightly covered.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.

    Let stand for 10 minutes.

    You may add extra Ragu and Mozzarella cheese if needed.
