  • round steak (4 pieces 1 1/2-inch thick)
  • meat tenderizer
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 large onion, cut into rings
  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into rings

Directions

    Layer steak in baking dish.

    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.

    Add bell pepper and onion rings.

    Cover and bake at 250° for 4 hours.

    If liquid gets low, add more ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and water.
