- 1 medium head cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Shred cabbage; peel and shred carrots.

2Put all vegetables in a bowl and mix in salt, sugar, lemon juice and melted butter. Stir well.

3Pack mixture into a 2-quart greased casserole.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
