- 2 cups eggplants, cubed
- 2 cups zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 12 large bell pepper, cut into strips
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 12 cups tomato sauce
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Stir onion, garlic, oregano into sauce.
