- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup milk
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1Bake potatoes as usual once.

2Cut open, but do not part halves.

3Scoop out middle, add butter and milk to it and whip.

4Before finished whipping, add seasonings desired.

5Pile it back in shells, place favorite cheese on top, and bake till golden brown.
