- 1 pkg. frozen phyllo (fillo), thawed in refrigerator overnight
- 3/4 lb. butter
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 box ground zwieback or unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in 12 x 18-inch baking pan. Mix nuts, zwieback, cinnamon and sugar.

3Place 5 sheets of phyllo in pan; brush with butter.

4Sprinkle on nut mixture.

5Place 3 sheets and repeat process until the entire package of phyllo has been used.

6Cut halfway through in depth in diagonal lines.

7Pour remaining butter on top.
