- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Tuscan Seasoning (any Italian Seasoning)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Plus More To Coat The Pan
- 6 pieces Chciken Cutlets (thin Sliced)
Directions

1In a small saucepan, add balsamic vinegar and Tuscan seasoning; bring to a boil over medium-low heat.

2Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until balsamic has reduced to a glaze.

3Remove from heat, mix in the olive oil and allow to cool.

4Heat a pan over medium high heat, coat with olive oil.

5Add chicken breasts and cook chicken 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

6I use a grilling pan, searing each side.

7Remove from the pan and let stand for 5 minutes.

8Plate chicken onto your serving platter.

9Drizzle a generous amount of balsamic glaze on your chicken.

10Serve as lunch or dinner alongside a salad or atop a panini.
