  • 1/2 Tablespoon coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon honey
  • 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
