  • 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar Plus 3 Tablespoons, Divided
  • 3/4 teaspoons Cardamom, Divided
  • 3 cups Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Heat balsamic vinegar over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom. Simmer on low for 2 minutes. Stir in strawberries so they are fully coated. Remove from heat after 1 minute. Scoop evenly into 6 individual ramekins.

    Beat oats, flour, remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cardamom. Sprinkle over the strawberry mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.
