- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. sugar
- salt and red pepper or black to taste
- paprika (optional garnish)
- 1 large jar Cheez Whiz or melted Velveeta
- 1 small jar pimento
Directions

1Saute onions and bell pepper in oleo.

2Combine with rice, egg, pimento, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Top with cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
