1Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook about 10-12 minutes or until thick and syrupy. Mixture will thicken more upon cooling.

2Warm for a few seconds in the microwave before serving, if desired. Try it with grilled fruit, tomato salad or even over ice cream. Enjoy.
