Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, skinned
- 2 union, sliced
- 1 tomatoes, halved and sliced
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 black cardamon pods
- 4 black peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger pulp
- 1 tsp garlic pulp
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp plain natural yogurt
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bunch chopped coriander
- 2 green chilies, chopped.
Directions

1Heat the oil in the wok.

2Throw in the unions and fry until they are golden brown.

3Add the tomatoes and stir well.

4Add cinnamon stick, cardamoms, peppercorns, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, garam masala, chili powder and salt.

5Lower the heat and cook for 5 mins.

6When cooked put half the ingredients into blender to make into puree.

7Add the chicken pieces, cover the wok with lid.

8Check occasionally and stir fry for at least 7 mins or until the spice mixture has completely penetrated the chicken pieces.

9Add the yogurt in.

10Lower the heat and cover the wok with lid.

11Cook very gently for about 20 mins.

12Finally, add lemon juice, green chilies and coriander and slices of pepper and serve at once.
