  • about 2 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni or sausage
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • a little dried oregano leaves

    Spread rounds with catsup; top with pepperoni slices or sausage or just cheese. Sprinkle cheese and oregano over topping.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.

    Makes 4 dozen canapes.

    Or microwave until cheese is melted, for about 1 1/2 minutes.
