  • 1 or 2 bananas
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 box vanilla or banana instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil

    Mash bananas.

    Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Grease and flour a Bundt, sheet or two 9 x 9-inch cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes or until well cooled before taking out of pan.
