  • 2 (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mixes
  • 3 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. fat-free sour cream
  • 1 c. lite Cool Whip
  • 3 to 4 bananas, sliced
  • low-fat graham crackers

    Cover bottom of serving bowl with graham crackers.

    Mix instant pudding and milk on low speed 2 minutes, then whisk in the sour cream.

    Put half of the banana slices on the graham crackers, then cover with half of the pudding mixture.

    Cover pudding with graham crackers.

    Top with remaining bananas, then remaining pudding.

    Spread with Cool Whip and chill 3 hours.
