- 6 c. water
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- juice of 2 lemons (pour over bananas)
- 5 to 6 mashed bananas
- 3 qt. 7-Up (six 16 oz. bottles)
Directions

1Mix water and sugar.

2Cook to make syrup, about 3 minutes; cool.

3Add frozen orange juice to pineapple juice.

4Add bananas, then freeze.

5Take from freezer 2 hours before serving and mash with potato masher.

6Add 7-Up and serve.

7Makes approximately 5 quarts or 35 punch cups.
