- 1/2 c. reduced-fat milk
- 1 1/4 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
Directions

1Place sliced banana on plate and freeze for 10 minutes or until slightly firm. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with raspberries.
