- 1 pkg. coconut bar cookies
- 3 cubes butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 to 4 bananas
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- cherries
Directions

1Roll coconut bar cookies into crumbs.

2Mix with 1 cube melted butter and press into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Mix eggs, 2 cubes butter and 1 box powdered sugar.

4Beat for 5 minutes.

5Pour over cookie mixture.

6Slice bananas and place over the topping, then cover the bananas with the crushed pineapple.

7Then cover with Cool Whip and top with nuts and cherries.
