  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 to 5 bananas
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Combine 1 stick margarine and graham cracker crumbs and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Beat together eggs, confectioners sugar and 2 sticks margarine no less than 15 minutes.

    Spread over crumb crust.

    Slice bananas over egg and confectioners sugar mixture. Spread the well-drained pineapple over the bananas.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    May garnish with nuts and maraschino cherries.
