Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    Melt 1 stick margarine.

    Mix with crumbs and press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Combine remaining margarine with sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Beat 15 minutes.

    Pour onto crumb mixture.

    Layer pineapple and bananas, then berries.

    Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
