Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 12 cup melted margarine
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 12 cup soft margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 (540 ml) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
  • cherries (optional)
  • nuts (optional)

Directions

    Combine graham wafer crumbs & melted margarine.

    Spread in a 9 x 13 pan & refrigerate (30 minutes).

    Mix icing sugar, soft margarine, eggs & vanilla and beat with mixer until light (about 5 minutes).

    Spread on top of crumb crust.

    Slice bananas and lay on top of filling,.

    Drain pineapple & spread over bananas.

    Spread Cool Whip over all.

    Garnish with cherries and nuts if desired.

    Refrigerate.
