Banana Split Pie

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 graham cracker crusts
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • chopped pecans

Directions

    Beat together for 15 minutes on medium speed oleo, confectioners sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    After beating together 15 minutes, pour mixture into graham cracker crusts.

    Slice bananas. Put on top of each pie.

    Spread pineapple over bananas.

    Spread Cool Whip equal over both pies.

    Sprinkle chopped pecans over Cool Whip.

    Put a maraschino cherry on each slice and one on the middle. Drizzle chocolate syrup over pies.

    Cool in freezer 1 hour.
