Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Mix all together except 1/2 the butter.

    Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.

    Top with corn flakes and remainder of butter.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serves 10 to 12.
