- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds)
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
Directions

1Mix together and spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

2Stir twice while baking.

3Add raisins or figs after removing from oven.

4Stir and put into plastic containers.
