Ingredients

  • 3 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds)
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. honey

Directions

    Mix together and spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

    Stir twice while baking.

    Add raisins or figs after removing from oven.

    Stir and put into plastic containers.
