- 2 to 3 lb. lean roast
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle catsup
- 4 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke
- 4 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Directions

1Cook roast slowly in small amount of water until very tender. Remove from heat.

2When slightly cool, remove bone and fat.

3Cut into small pieces.

4Return to heat.

5Add other ingredients; cook until meat is stringy, stirring often.

6Delicious served on toasted hamburger buns.
