  • 5 lb. Boston butt or fresh ham
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Bake meat in 325° oven for 5 hours.

    Cool; then chop meat. Simmer for 1 hour the remaining ingredients.

    Add to meat and mix well.

    This freezes well.
