Barbecue Bacon Chestnuts

- 1 can whole water chestnuts, drained
- 1 pkg. hickory smoked bacon
- 6 Tbsp. chili sauce or catsup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions

1Wrap each chestnut with 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpick.

2If necessary, cut chestnuts in half to make the same amount of chestnuts and bacon strips.

3Arrange bacon wrapped chestnuts in shallow baking pan.

4Broil until crispy, about 5 minutes on each side.

5Drain well.

6Blend chili sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over bacon wrapped chestnuts.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
