- 1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. hot chili salsa (La Victoria - jalapeno)
- 1 can chopped green chiles
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in roasting pan and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

2Then cook, covered, in 275° oven for 12 hours.
