Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 stalk celery, cut fine
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
Directions

1Brown beef until crumbly, but not dry.

2Before beef is done, push to one side of pan and saute onion, green pepper and celery. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

3Cover pan tightly and simmer for 30 minutes.

4Serve hot over toasted buns. Serves 6 to 8.
