- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Poke holes all over brisket.

2Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with foil.

3Lay brisket in pan.
-
4Mix all ingredients and pour over brisket.

5Leave a little air space and set in refrigerator overnight.

6Cook at 275° for 6 hours.

7Open foil and pour 1 1/2 cup Hunt's natural barbecue sauce over meat.

8Re-wrap and cook 1 1/2 hours more.

9Shred meat before serving or freezing.
